Miley Cyrus and her dad Billy Ray Cyrus star in Disney Channel’s “Hannah Montana.”  The film will be based on the wildly popular Disney TV series ang is scheduled to start shooting in April and expected to be released in late 2008 or early 2009.  Billy Ray Cyrus wants to film the movie in Tennessee.
